What we store
- Your email address, so you can sign in with a one-time code.
- Your name and Homeschooling Location (country, region, town), to suggest nearby outings and show local homeschool requirements.
- Your child's first name, birth month and year, and languages spoken at home, to fit ideas, books and practice to their age and language.
- Curiosities, saved ideas, completed activities, notes, reflections and photos of your child's work that you choose to add.
- Practice sheets created for your child, and any app issue reports you send us.
Why we store it
Only to run Tend Wonder for your family: personalized ideas, books, resources, nearby experiences, practice sheets and your Learning Journey. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it for marketing tracking.
Who processes it
Your data is stored on our secure cloud hosting. To create suggestions, your child's curiosity, age, languages and general location are sent to AI providers; names, email and photos are not used for this. We check public websites to verify links and events.
What is shared
Your family's information is private to your account. When a practice sheet is added to the shared library, only a separately reviewed copy with no personal details is kept.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, child profiles, activities, Learning Journey, notes and photos.
Children
Tend Wonder is used by parents. Children do not create accounts.
